Terms of Service for Heathens Haven Hashers Crypto LLC

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• Reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its services
• Upload or submit malicious code, automated spam, or abusive content
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

5. Public Sharing (“You Mirin’ Brah?”)
The App may provide optional features that allow you to share anonymized fitness information through the “You Mirin’ Brah?” dashboard. Participation is voluntary and can be enabled or disabled by you. You are responsible for any decision to share data via this feature.

6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by Heathens Haven Hashers Crypto LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless explicitly authorized in writing.

7. Service Availability & Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, attempted to compromise the security or integrity of the App, or used the App in an abusive or unlawful manner.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heathens Haven Hashers Crypto LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the App or inability to use the App.
